Data Deletion Request

At Jojo On The Go, we believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to terminate your account and have your personal information removed from our systems, you can do so easily. How to Delete Your Account Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open Jojo On The Go.

2. Navigate to Settings (or Profile).

3. Tap on Account Actions.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Confirm your choice. Your data will be wiped within 30 days

Option 2: Web Request If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, please contact us via the form below or at jojo@jojoworldwide.com

Please include the email address associated with the account. A clear statement requesting account deletion.
